Accounts and Registration

To access any subscription, you must register for an account. When registering for an account, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. When registering, you will be asked to provide a password. You are solely responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account is no longer secure, you must notify us immediately via email.

General Payment Terms

Purchasing any Product through the Service may require you to pay fees. Before paying any fees, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees to be charged. All fees are expressed in U.S. dollars.

Pricing

Trend Hunters Romania reserves the right to set the price for all products and subscriptions. Trend Hunters Romania will make reasonable efforts to keep the pricing information on the site up-to-date. We encourage you to periodically check our site for current pricing information. Trend Hunters Romania may change the fees for any Product or Subscription if Trend Hunters Romania notifies you of the changes in advance. Trend Hunters Romania, at its discretion, may offer promotions with different features and prices to any customers. Unless offered to you, such promotions do not apply to your order or these Terms.

Authorization

You authorize Trend Hunters Romania and its third-party payment processors to charge all amounts for Products you purchase and Subscriptions you subscribe to, including any applicable fees, using the payment method specified in your account. If you pay fees by credit card, Trend Hunters Romania or its third-party payment processors may request pre-authorization on your credit card account before purchase to verify that the card is valid and has sufficient funds or credit available to cover your purchase.

Memberships

Subscriptions may include automatic recurring payments for periodic fees. By activating such a subscription, you authorize Trend Hunters Romania or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge, continuing until either the recurring payments or the applicable subscription is canceled, all amounts accrued on or before the due date. The “subscription billing date” is the date you purchase the applicable subscription. Your account will be automatically charged on the subscription billing date for all fees and applicable charges for the next membership period. Membership will continue unless and until you cancel the subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid being charged for the next membership period.
Trend Hunters Romania or its third-party payment processor will bill the periodic membership fee to the payment method you provide during registration (or to another payment method if you update your payment information).

You can cancel your membership by accessing the Billing tab in your profile on the site or by contacting us via email.

Returns and Refunds

We will accept all returns for defective Products made within 30 days of purchase (“Returns”). We will issue a full refund for all Returns and pay for return shipping of any Return if such shipping is required. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that is not defective.

Shipping

All Products purchased through the Service will be shipped according to the terms provided at the time of purchase to the shipping address you provide. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will be specified at checkout.

Licenses

Limited License
Subject to your full and continued compliance with these Terms, Trend Hunters Romania grants you, solely for personal, non-commercial use, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and any Subscriptions you have subscribed to for the duration of the subscription.

License Restrictions
Except and only to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not:
(a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service;
(b) make modifications to the Service;
(c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism. If prohibited by applicable law from using the Service, you may not use it.

Feedback

If you choose to provide contributions and suggestions regarding issues, changes, or proposed improvements to the Service or any products (“Feedback”), you grant Trend Hunters Romania an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid right to use the Feedback in any way and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service and Products (“Materials”) provided by Trend Hunters Romania are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Service are the property of Trend Hunters Romania. Except as expressly authorized by Trend Hunters Romania, you may not use the Materials. Trend Hunters Romania reserves all rights in the Materials not expressly granted in these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE NOT TO:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of these Terms:
(a) your license rights will end, and you must immediately stop using the Service;
(b) you will no longer be authorized to access your account or the Service;
(c) you must pay Trend Hunters Romania any unpaid amounts owed before termination;
(d) all payment obligations accrued before termination remain.

Changes to the Service

Trend Hunters Romania reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including limiting or discontinuing certain features), temporarily or permanently, without notice. Trend Hunters Romania will have no liability for any modification of the Service or any suspension or termination of access or use of the Service.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service and will defend and indemnify Trend Hunters Romania and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and Fourthwall (together, “Creator Entities”) from and against any third-party claims, as well as any liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
(a) your unauthorized or abusive use of the Service;
(b) your breach of any part of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable laws or regulations;
(c) your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
(d) any dispute or issue between you and any third party.
